Model 5000 FlowCytoPrep Sample Preparation
System (SPS)
The
FlowCytoPrep™
combines the latest advances in automation, fluid handling
and digital electronics to provide one of the most advanced
and user-friendly devices ever developed for automated
sample preparation in flow cytometry. The system is small
and light-weight, easy to transport and set up in the
laboratory or in the field. It is a must-have instrument for
any laboratory using flow cytometry for cell and cell
culture studies and for bioreactor monitoring in
biotechnology, drug development and production.
Model 1000XP Wide-range Particle Spectrometer (WPS)
The Model
1000XP is a revolutionarily new instrument combining laser light scattering,
differential mobility analysis, and condensation particle counting to automatically
count and size aerosol particles from 10nm to 10,000nm. With measurement
capabilities that were available only in separate bulky packages,
the Model 1000XP combines high- resolution miniature components, state-of-the-art
electronics, and advanced computer technology to make it one of the most
advanced and user-friendly instruments ever developed for airborne particle
counting and sizing.
Model
2300XP1 Wafer Particle Deposition System
The newly
Model 2300XP1 has a wide range of capabilities not
available previously. The system now features automatic
spot positioning (2300XP1), and full wafer deposition capabilities
including:
System
capability to 30 nm in particle size -
The Model 2300XP1 can now deposit PSL and process
particles down to 30 nm on wafers up to 300 mm in diameter.
New
process particle material, including Cu and W, and improved
size uniformity for process particles -
MSP now offers a wide range of particle materials
for use with the Model 2300XP1. Particles of metal
(Al, Cu, Ta, Ti, etc), dielectrics (SiO2, Si3N4, Al2O3,
TiO2, etc.) and semiconductor (Si) are available. Uniformity
of particle size for process particles deposited by
the Model 2300XP now approaches that of PSL spheres.
Wafers with uniform process particles are used increasingly
by equipment and device manufacturers to fine-tune
cleaning system performance and improve cleaning efficiency
and product yield.
Model 2001 and 2010 Cleanroom™
Foggers
The improved Model 2001 Cleanroom Fogger™ now replaces
the popular Model 2000 Cleanroom™ Fogger offered previously
by MSP. A new Model 2010 Portable Cleanroom™ Fogger
is also available. Both foggers generate high concentration,
and highly visible fog of ultrapure water droplets
that are truly non-contaminating. High purity steam
is quenched with high purity liquid nitrogen to produce
the fog. The resulting ultrapure water fog leaves no
measurable residues when the droplets evaporate in
the cleanroom air.
Next Generation Pharmaceutical
Impactor (NGI) and Associated Productivity Enhancing
Products
MSP has developed a new cascade impactor under the
sponsorship of fifteen large pharmaceutical companies.
The product, the Next Generation Pharmaceutical Impactor
(NGI), is now available. The NGI is specifically intended
for testing Meter-Dose Inhalers (MDI) and Dry-Powder
Inhalers (DPI). MSP has also developed a range of productivity
enhancing tools, from stand-alone bench top instruments,
to semi-automated and fully automated robotic testing
systems to increase the throughput of the cascade impactor
testing of MDIs and DPIs.
MSP Receives Minnesota Fast 50 Awards and the Tibbetts
Award
For five
consecutive years (1998-2002) MSP has been recognized
as a “Minnesota Fast 50” company in Deloitte & Touche's prestigeous
Fast 50 program for Minneosota, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing
technology companies in the area. The 1999 Tibbetts Award further recognizes
MSP’s outstanding contribution to the Small Business
Innovation Research (SBIR) program under the U.S. Small
Business Administration.
