Our Turbo Vaporizers™ are noted for their superior performance. They are used for high-k film deposition by atomic layer deposition (ALD) in high-volume commercial DRAM production and in conventional chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes. Other applications include industrial diamond coating, optical fiber manufacturing, among others. Our Model 2300 NPT™ is the latest and the most advanced tool used by the semiconductor industry to deposit particles on a wafer to create size standards for wafer surface inspection. This product features 20-nm deposition capability, NIST traceability, FOUP interface and robotic wafer handling. Our Ultrapure Foggers™ are widely used to visualize airflow in cleanrooms to reduce contaminant transport and improve cleanroom performance in world’s most advanced semiconductor device fabs.
